Ground Floor

As you step into Villa Balance, you are welcomed by an open-plan living and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space with natural light, creating a seamless indoor and outdoor experience. 

The living room features a cozy sofa, a 43” TV, a Bluetooth Speaker, and a fireplace for the chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, ensuring a stress-free and self-catered holiday, while the adjacent 6-seat dining table makes the perfect spot to create unforgettable moments with your loved ones. 

The ground floor also features the first bedroom. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed (1.60m x.200m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Lower Floor 

Strolling down to the lower floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be converted into king-size beds (1.80m x 2.00m), upon request. These bedrooms also feature ensuite bathrooms with stand-up showers. 

All bedrooms feature self-controlled A/Cs, as well as ceiling fans, 32” TVs, and closets. The villa also features central heating with a heat pump for year-round comfort, as well as photovoltaic energy for sustainable living.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Balance is the epitome of island living, covering 4.000 m2 and offering many facilities.

- A private, 32 sq.m. infinity, ecological swimming pool, 1,50 m deep with step access. The pool can also be heated upon request, with an additional daily charge. 

- The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, side tables, and 3 umbrellas

- Charcoal BBQ facilities with an outdoor sink are also available, allowing you to practice your grilling skills.
